Many companies use performance reviews as a tool to assess the employee's performance and their work throughout the month/year. However, this could easily turn into a feedback session that employees receive from their employer.In Yeye Agency, we have these performance reviews with each employee/trainee at the end of every month in order to keep employees/trainees more engaged and involved in the company life. These reviews take around 1 hour per employee and it involves open-ended or evaluation type of questions for an employee to answer.
