YeYe expansion strategy enables companies to open its brands abroad.

PC International s.r.o. founded in Czech Republic. The company manufactures and sales of sound insulation materials for air conditioning industry in Europe. The company approached to YeYe to find a long-term and reliable Turkish supplier to provide the requested materials (PVC and felt).

The challenge

PC International s.r.o. founded in Czech Republic. The company manufactures and sales of sound insulation materials for air conditioning industry in Europe. The company approached to YeYe to find a long-term and reliable Turkish supplier to provide the requested materials (PVC and felt).

The solution

Plan: In first stage, we focused on create a pool of potential partners by doing market research. According to results of our market research, we realised that there is a good potential in Turkey. Second, YeYe got in contact with PVC and felt suppliers in Turkey.
Implement: We started to call companies and gave information about PC International. By the way, we translated PC International technical requirements and product details to Turkish and sent them to the potential partners.

The Result (Growth)

Expansion process of PC International is still continuing. We are calling companies, giving information about company and following the process.

The Customer

PC International specialize in the design, manufacture and sale of sound insulation materials, mainly for air-conditioning units. Company was founded in 2004 and is a subsidiary of the Japanese company Parker Corporation acting among other things in China, India or Thailand.
