The Solution

Plan : We prepared a plan about how the suppliers list document’s content.
Implementation: The.document that consists of potential partners according to the company’s criterias along with potetial partners’s products, required information and details. We searched and got in touch with the potential suppliers. We confirmed if their certificates still valid and learned further information about them. Moreover, we assisted the business transactions between the parties.

The Result

For the year 2015, Promedica decided not to add any suppliers from Turkey.
