Czech entrepreneur Mr. Kovar has been doing cattle breeding and also collecting animals from farmers around Czechia & Poland. He had people working for him from different cities managing the ground and buying organization of cattles for a bigger company. He wanted to do by himself and targeted to sell his own livestock animals directly to Turkish buyers. But he was missing the key instruments of an expansion process. He did not know anybody from Turkey. He had never been to Turkey and obviously had never realized any business with any Turkish businessmen before. He did not have any experience about exporting procedures to outside of EU market. Especially in a tangible segment such as live animals.
