Plan: Our main aim was introduce MBX Group in Turkey and realization of market entry. For this purpose, we listed potential partners in Turkey and tried to reach key contacts in the companies.Implement: We reached to the right contacts from the each company and presented ourselves. After the first interaction between two companies, we defined future potential and checked their interest about cooperation. In second stage, company sent product samples to the potential partners in Turkey for showing their products quality. After that, we tried to arrange some meetings in Turkey; however, company executives changed their agenda to join mining fair in Turkey which name is “Mining Turkey 2016”. So, executives wanted to join mining fair and meetings at the same time in Turkey.
