The Solution
Plan : We prepared a comprehensive overview of Turkish Railway industry and Highways, including national associations, nationwide conferences and seminars, industrial publications and e-journals.
Implementation : We got in touch both with individuals like academicians, managers and project coordinators who had been already worked on WIM and the associations like Turkish Road Association and General Directorate of Highways. By our contacts and research,wereached the reports, project and previous WIM that build on Turkish highways.
In order to maximize the benefits of their presence at the Intertrafic fair in Istanbul at May 2015, we helped CAMEA.
The Result
Regarding their expanding strategy, for the year 2015 CAMEA decide not to expand their business into Turkish market.

CAMEA spol s r.o. was founded in 1995. The company originated around a group working in the areas of image processing, computer graphics and signal processing at Faculty of electrical engineering and computer science, Technical University of Brno, Czech Republic. The company has expanded and currently focuses on creating systems for image processing in industry and traffic monitoring.
